LAUNCH SERVICE
Launch service is provided to all AYC Members and Guests for transportation to and from vessels moored in the AYC mooring field.- The AYC mooring field is comprised only of Member-owned and Club-serviced moorings, and Club-owned and Club-serviced moorings.
- AYC monitors VHF Channel 71 and launch services can be hailed on this channel during hours of operation (posted at the dock house and on the AYC website).
- Launches shall maintain a USCG inspection certificate for up to 19 passengers
- Launch Operators shall maintain the appropriate USCG captains license for the class of vessel
- Launch operators are responsible for all passengers and all passengers will comply with instructions issued by launch operators in this capacity
- All children under the age of 13 must wear life jackets aboard docks and launches
