Commodore Bruno on his big win at Charleston Race week:
"We lead the regatta all the way until the second to last race when we had a bad race and managed to be over early. Insane, and against everything, we had discussed and planned to sail conservatively and make no mistakes with the lead. That race was a very disappointing one, as it’s almost impossible to be over early in the J/88 fleet and come back with a respectable finish position.

To win, we had to beat the #2 J/88 in the final race by 4 positions, which we knew was unlikely. However, we ended up sailing an amazing race and got a first, and most importantly, won the J/88 class for the week. With a very big breeze in the final race, we absolutely crushed the entire fleet and pulled it off!"
